Dondurucu soğukların yaşandığı kentte, hava sıcaklığı zaman zaman gece sıfırın altında 20 dereceye kadar düşüyor.
Birçok nehir ve derenin donduğu kentte, Kars Çayı da kısmen kar ve buzla kaplandı.
Bölgede çalışma yapan doğa fotoğrafçısı Berkan Dolapçı, suda yiyecek arayan su samurlarını görüntüledi.
Fotoğrafçı Berkan Dolapçı, heyecanla su samurlarını çektiğini belirterek, "Su samurlarını aradık ama ilk etapta bulamadık. Sonra suyun içinde hareketlilik gördük. İlk olarak yavru su samuru çıktı, daha sonra ailesini bulduk. Bize poz verdiler, biz de onları görüntüledik." dedi.
